Fairly clean property so close to Worthing, Goring and Brighton, Lancing town centre and train station and local transport. Warm welcome from host. Magnificent setting close to the beach.

The place was fairly clean and had a nice design. It was located in a fairly nice area just next door to trains, The host helped me a lot. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with bedroom. The building was gorgeous.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the seafront and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the use of eco-friendly cleaning products and the thoughtful touches like a decorated Christmas tree and a bottle of Prosecco. a highly recommended place to stay!

As young families, we loved the unfussy furnishing and the decorated Christmas tree. the use of ECO cleaning products and the well-stocked kitchen were a bonus. the location was pleasant and quiet, with a convenient train station and supermarket nearby. Jaime's service from start to finish was superb, always available and even greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco. the best Airbnb experience we've had and highly recommended.

My stay at Laburnum By The Sea was absolutely perfect! The bathroom was amazing, with a lovely bath that provided the perfect relaxation after my hectic days. I also appreciated the easy-to-use TV with just one remote. The kitchen had everything I needed and the controllable heat kept me comfortable during the wet and cold weather. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the sea beach. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit this property again.

The rooms were small, but suitable for a small family. Additionally, there was a slight smell of dogs or cats upon arrival, which was noticeable for sensitive allergic types like myself.
